Instructions
Adding a New Agency
To add a new agency, click here and fill out the form at appears on your screen. You must be a Youth Justice Ontario Member to have your agency appear in the members directory. For more information on becoming a new member click here.
Updating an Existing Agency
To update a record on the Youth Justice Ontario Website follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to the record you wish to update
2. Click on Suggest an Update at the bottom of the record
3. Follow the on screen instructions and click submit
4. All updates will be reviewed prior to being committed to the database
Please allow 2-4 business days for updates to reflect in the members directory.
Adding a Sub Agency or Related Agency
Many agencies have additional facilities or programs under their agency's umbrella. To add a related agency follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to the parent or main record of the agency
2. Click on Suggest Related Record at the bottom of the record
3. Follow the on screen instructions and click submit
4. All updates will be reviewed prior to being committed to the database
Please allow 2-4 business days for updates to reflect in the members directory.
Other Notes
• Google Mapping Feature
When updating your agency, facility or program the system will generate Google coordinates to use in the Google mapping feature. These coordinates may not be 100% acurate and in some circumstances may not generate at all. Please contact us if your location is being shown in a significantly wrong place. If you wish your address and maps to not be shown, please contact us or suggest an update to your record and leave the address fields blank.
